Zoi has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Essex and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from the University of Edinburgh. Zoi was admitted as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2015 and she ranked second in terms of best performance in the professional examinations of the Cyprus Legal Council. Zoi worked in reputable law firms and consulting firms prior joining our team.
Zoi is specialized in investment law, contract law and corporate governance. She has been involved in major mergers and acquisitions and in performing legal due diligence of target firms. Zoi is a skillful legal researcher and has experience in the drafting of legal opinions. Finally, Zoi was involved in the drafting of EU implementing legislation for a competent authority of Cyprus.
Zoi is fluent in Greek and English and is communicational in French.
Irene Nicolaou has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and she was admitted as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2018.
Prior to joining our firm, Irene worked in a litigation-oriented law firm in Nicosia, having practiced on matters relating to Banking, Administrative, Criminal, Civil, Tort law, Family and Commercial Law. She was involved in conducting court hearings, drafting and reviewing court petitions and pleadings, negotiating agreements and court cases, preparing legal advice, and drafting and reviewing contracts of various forms.
Irene is fluent in Greek and English.
Stefani Christou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom and a Master’s degree from UCL in London. She was admitted as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2020.
Prior to joining our firm, Stefani worked at a well-established law firm where she gained experience in litigation. She was actively involved in various stages of legal proceedings, including case preparation, drafting of pleadings, and court representation, and has contributed to obtaining court judgments and decisions.
Currently, she is developing her career at our law firm, focusing not only on corporate matters but primarily on Migration and Real Estate law.
Stefani is fluent in both Greek and English.
Kyriaki Meliou has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bolton in Manchester and she was admitted as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2021. Prior to joining our firm, Kyriaki worked in reputable law firm, having practiced on matters relating to Corporate and Commercial Law. Kyriaki is fluent in Greek and English.
Gavriella Gavriel graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. She completed her bar training at ZK Krokou & Associates LLC and was admitted as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2026. Gavriella currently practices in corporate law and is also part of the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. She is fluent in Greek and English language.
